Crime Intelligence & Analysis Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned intelligence professional to turn complex crime data into strategic, tactical advantages for high‑level corporate clients. Based in Pretoria, you will bridge technical data science and operational security, delivering executive‑level risk solutions and supporting active investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, manage work allocation and performance, and foster a high‑performing culture.
• Oversee advanced intelligence‑led analysis including crime pattern, link, temporal mapping and proactive risk forecasting.
• Produce high‑impact intelligence reports and present findings to C‑suite clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for key clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Support investigators on active cases by mapping suspect networks, tracking assets and preparing analytical bundles for legal scrutiny.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in crime intelligence, tactical analysis or corporate investigations.
• 3–5 years of proven leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication skills with an executive presence and excellent report‑writing ability.
