Creditors Controller – Radiology Practice

About the role

Join a dynamic radiology practice where you will manage the financial flow of the organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments and supporting the team in delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the cashbook daily, processing bank, credit‑card and petty‑cash transactions.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Capture, verify and process supplier invoices accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements, address queries and ensure timely creditor payments.
• Collaborate with healthcare service providers, suppliers and internal branches.
• Maintain up‑to‑date financial records for the radiology practice.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 with strong numeracy and accounting literacy.
• Bookkeeping, finance or accounting qualification is advantageous.
• 3–5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare environment.
• High level of accuracy, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Stable track record of reliable performance under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting systems such as Sage Evolution or similar.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Understanding of VAT and related accounting processes.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies.
