About the role
Ecolab is seeking a Credit Controller to manage collections and support its mission of clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments.
Key responsibilities
- Collect outstanding debts and meet collection targets set
- Resolve any outstanding queries
- Ensure that internal procedures are followed
- Conduct duties in a professional manner
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance
- 4 years of business experience in collections
- Excellent communication skills
- Process‑orientation with customer focus
- Strong time‑management, organization and prioritization abilities
- Ability to apply judgment in problem solving
- Ability to ask probing questions to obtain necessary information

- Microsoft Access
