Creative & Graphic Designer

About the role

Our client is looking for a creatively driven Creative & Graphic Designer to join their Commercial Team. The role blends concept development, brand storytelling, and visual communication across hotels, conference centres, restaurants, and corporate brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts and brand‑led ideas for print, digital, events and property environments.
• Translate commercial objectives into compelling creative executions and contribute copy ideas, themes and messaging.
• Create in‑situ brand elements for hotels, conference spaces and restaurant touchpoints, ensuring visual and verbal consistency.
• Design and produce assets such as presentations, social media graphics, menus, signage, digital ads, brochures, emailers and sales tools.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production while maintaining brand standards.
• Support multimedia needs, including motion graphics, animation, photography and video content.

Required profile

• Degree or National Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• At least 3 years working with premium, lifestyle, hospitality or luxury‑oriented brands (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high‑quality design execution.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong typography, layout and colour theory knowledge.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, motion graphics, photography and video editing (advantage).
