Creative Designer Internship – Culture & Branding

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Creative Designer intern to join VEA Group’s Culture team in Somerset West. You will support the CMO and Head of Culture in shaping visual assets that communicate our business vision, culture and brand across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design Business Vision Boards and Playbooks that illustrate strategic concepts.
• Create engaging Business Induction presentations for new hires.
• Produce social media graphics, newsletters and video assets.
• Develop training material and culture‑focused communication for both internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure brand consistency and storytelling quality.

• Strong design sensibility and storytelling ability.
• Passion for branding, content creation and creative thinking.
• Eager to learn, take ownership and work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.
• Long‑term mindset and commitment to excellence.
