Creative Artworker

About the role

Join OLIVER’s dynamic team in Cape Town as an experienced Creative Artworker. You will be responsible for taking digital, print and social content projects from brief to final delivery for one of our key global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to adapt client briefs into high‑quality designs across digital, print and social media.
• Provide creative input that positively influences client decisions.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring every piece aligns with established visual standards.
• Present and communicate project progress to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Monitor industry trends, AI developments and emerging branding tools to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering final artwork and toolkits for both digital and print formats.

Required profile

• Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design, artwork production and brand implementation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print‑focused design work.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Appreciation for contemporary photography and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Ability to deliver final artwork for both digital and print media.
