Corporate Travel Manager – Cape Town

About the role

Corporate Traveller is looking for an experienced Travel Manager to lead a portfolio of business travel customers in Century City, Cape Town. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering expert advice and ensuring each journey adds value for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, high‑quality service to a portfolio of corporate travel accounts.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Managers to tailor solutions and grow revenue.
• Stay current on fare structures, airline incentives and market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Continuously seek better fare options to maximise client savings and company margin.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
• Proven track record in delivering customer‑focused travel solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Amadeus reservation system.
• Microsoft Dynamics (back‑office) – advantageous.
