Corporate Partnerships Officer

About the role

The successful candidate will focus on identifying and acquiring new corporate partners, retaining existing ones, and managing the business network to secure funding and in‑kind support for the organisation’s conservation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new corporate partners and grow the business network.
• Conduct research, due diligence and monitor sustainability trends.
• Coordinate business network meetings, corporate events and employee engagement opportunities.
• Manage administrative tasks such as processing certificates, thank‑you letters, travel arrangements and CRM updates.
• Develop corporate proposals, communication materials and support fundraising campaigns.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Management, Sustainability or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate relations, fundraising or business development, preferably in the non‑profit sector.
• Proven track record in securing corporate funding, in‑kind donations and managing partnerships.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and networking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM platforms and databases (e.g., Netsuite).
• Ability to manage and update corporate relationship management tools.
