About the role

The Control Room Operator will oversee the automated plant, ensuring consistent production of high‑quality product while maintaining safety and efficiency. Two positions are available to join the EPOL team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Operate the automated plant to produce a quality product.
Plan manufacturing activities to optimise throughput.
Manage production flow to prevent bottlenecks and minimise downtime.
Communicate with related departments and staff to coordinate operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Compile and record production data accurately.
Maintain housekeeping and uphold safety requirements.

Required profile

Grade 12 education with Mathematics.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industrial role, preferably in a feed‑mill environment.
Ability to read, write and converse in English.
Physically fit and able to work in dusty, hot conditions.

Required skills

Basic computer experience.
Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations.
