Contracts Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Our client, one of South Africa’s leading construction companies, is seeking a competent Contracts Manager to lead contract administration for a major project based in Cape Town. The role involves overseeing multiple contracts, driving financial performance and ensuring quality delivery across a portfolio of small to medium‑size sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts valued between R50 million and R300 million.
• Oversee contract administration, financial performance and quality delivery across sites.
• Ensure compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
• Identify and mitigate strategic risks.
• Implement site‑specific systems and processes.

Required profile

• B.Sc/B.Eng/B.Tech in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 10 + years experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction sector.
