Contract Manager / Lawyer (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing YouTube sponsorship agency connecting top creators with leading brands. As a Contract Manager, you will be the legal hub ensuring every brand‑creator agreement is accurate, compliant, and signed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming brand contracts, flag issues, and negotiate terms.
• Draft creator‑side agreements using and improving existing templates.
• Handle redlines with brand legal teams and creator managers.
• Maintain a 24‑hour turnaround on all drafted documents via a shared inbox.
• Keep the deal pipeline up‑to‑date in Airtable to prevent any slip‑throughs.

Required profile

• Paralegal background or legal studies with hands‑on experience in commercial contracts.
• High attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Strong interest in the YouTube and creator ecosystem.
• Organised and reliable, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
