Contract Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing international media and sponsorship agency, is looking for a Contract Manager to lead the review, negotiation, drafting and administration of creator and brand agreements. You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, creators and brand representatives, ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant and executed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming brand agreements and flag contractual, commercial and operational issues.
• Draft creator agreements using established templates and internal processes.
• Manage negotiations and redlining with brand legal teams, creator representatives and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all contractual documentation is completed, executed and stored correctly.
• Maintain contract‑related communications and meet agreed service‑level turnaround times.
• Track contract workflows and deal pipelines in internal systems.
• Identify and propose improvements to contract processes, templates and operational efficiencies.
• Escalate complex or novel legal risks to appropriate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Admitted Attorney with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial contracting principles.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
• Interest in digital media, content creators and influencer marketing.
