Content Writer & Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Writer and Communications Specialist to join our Group Marketing team. In this role you will partner with senior executives, subject‑matter experts and business leaders to transform complex ideas into compelling stories that build credibility and influence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop thought‑leadership pieces, executive profiles, white papers and opinion articles by interviewing senior leaders and SMEs.
• Research, write, edit and proofread blogs, website copy, newsletters, campaign material and customer communications, ensuring brand voice and audience relevance.
• Support media relations through press releases, executive commentary and award submissions; collaborate with external PR agencies.
• Create SEO‑optimised digital content and support AI‑driven search visibility strategies.
• Produce internal communications such as leadership updates, employee newsletters and change‑management campaigns.
• Conduct market intelligence research, monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for reactive content.

Required profile

• Exceptional writing ability with a curiosity for uncovering insights.
• Strong business acumen and the capacity to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
