Content Coordinator (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Haldren is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Content Coordinator to join its internal content team. This fully remote position is based in South Africa and offers the chance to work across a variety of media, from social posts and press releases to video projects and presentation decks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the content team with social media, press releases, video projects, and presentation decks.
• Refine copy for ads, posts, and outreach materials.
• Maintain content calendars, track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Draft, edit, and proofread content across multiple formats.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather briefs, source information, and verify content accuracy.
• Prepare and format decks, reports, and client‑facing materials.
• Schedule and publish content on social platforms.
• Coordinate video production tasks, including briefing, scheduling, and asset management.
• Compile performance reports and uphold brand voice and visual standards.

Required profile

• Some experience in a content, marketing, communications or related support role.
• Strong written English with the ability to switch between US and British spelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work with content calendars or project‑management software.
