Contact/Call Centre Agent – New Business

About the role

Our client, an independent financial services and advisory firm, is looking for a motivated Contact/Call Centre Agent focused on new business. The role involves contacting prospective clients, booking appointments for financial advisors, and driving revenue in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients and introduce the company's products and services.
• Generate new business by booking appointments with medical professionals for financial advisors.
• Source and manage leads from various databases.
• Coordinate appointments according to advisors’ diaries and availability.
• Work closely with financial advisors and their teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow‑up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
• 1–3 years experience in a call centre, contact centre or telesales environment.
• Previous experience within the financial services or insurance industry is advantageous.
