About the role
Join the in‑house team of a prestigious luxury cruise line as a Contact Centre Agent. You will act as the brand’s voice, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and delivering a premium experience for guests, loyalty members and travel partners.
Key responsibilities
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed cruise bookings.
- Provide post‑booking support and handle customer queries across multiple channels.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of cruise itineraries and services.
- Build relationships with guests, loyalty club members and travel partners.
- Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of contact‑centre experience (travel/tourism experience an advantage).
- Matric qualification and a stable work record.
- Based in or near Johannesburg and able to attend in‑person assessments.
- Flexibility to work alternative Saturdays and certain public holidays.
