Contact Centre Agent – Fixed‑Term (US Hours)

About the role

Our client is looking for enthusiastic Contact Centre Agents to join a dynamic team supporting an American campaign. The role is based in Cape Town CBD and operates on US business hours, offering a fast‑paced environment where excellent communication is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain detailed call records and follow scripts to ensure consistency.
• Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a contact centre or similar customer‑service role.
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, well‑articulated manner.
• Willingness to work US hours (approximately 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.) on rotational 9‑hour shifts.
• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
