Construction Support Manager

About the role

Join a dynamic construction company headquartered in Cape Town as a Construction Support Manager. You will lead multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Lead, mentor and support project teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure effective financial control and risk mitigation across projects.
• Deliver exceptional client service and develop long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support business growth and sustainability.
• Manage and coordinate projects while maintaining quality and commercial standards.
• Apply strong contractual and commercial knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in a contractor or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts such as NEC, GCC, and FIDIC.
• Excellent financial, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
