Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of new store builds and remodel projects across our portfolio. You will ensure each project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Development team with all tasks related to new store construction and existing store revamps.
• Liaise with landlords, franchise partners and operations teams throughout the build process.
• Plan and set up new store projects from pre‑occupation to final handover.
• Define the scope of work for store remodels and schedule contractors, suppliers and internal resources.
• Ensure construction follows approved plans, specifications and compliance certificates.
• Tender projects to approved suppliers and manage budgets and feasibility approvals.
• Engage new suppliers or contractors as needed and monitor workmanship quality.
• Introduce creative design ideas to keep stores contemporary.
• Track and resolve any post‑construction snags promptly.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Project Management, Building or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in QSR or retail environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
