Construction Project Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to manage residential renovation and light commercial construction projects across the United States. This fully remote position works EST business hours and requires strong organisational skills to keep multiple projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple multifamily renovation and light‑commercial projects from initiation through completion.
• Drive project timelines, monitor milestones and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Daily liaison with subcontractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain progress.
• Track project budgets, identify cost risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage material procurement, delivery schedules and change‑order processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the project‑management system and document project risks.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience coordinating construction, renovation or light‑commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup for uninterrupted remote work.
