Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

BluPool Services is seeking a practical, organised and detail‑focused Construction Project Coordinator to support its construction department. You will work closely with site teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project execution from planning through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and maintain up‑to‑date site documentation.
• Handle construction administration tasks, including supplier follow‑ups and client updates.
• Prepare and manage project folders, ServiceM8 job cards, site surveys, measurements, photos and handover documentation.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and ensuring compliance with procedures and checklists.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction, civil, site administration or project coordination.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both office and site environments.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred and willingness to learn pool construction.
