Construction Foreman (Finishing and/or Structural)

About the role

The Construction Foreman will lead daily on‑site operations for multi‑storey concrete projects, focusing on both structural elements and finishing works. The role ensures accurate setting out, high‑quality execution of wet trades, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities for multi‑storey concrete structures.
• Ensure precise setting out and maintain quality control on all deliverables.
• Drive the execution of wet trades, coordinating labour and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with the OHS Act and company safety policies.
• Maintain clear communication with the workforce to keep tasks on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of on‑site experience in structural and/or finishing work.
• Professional fluency in English and Afrikaans; additional indigenous languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage personnel and coordinate wet trades on large projects.
