Construction Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of modular plant assembly from fabrication completion through commissioning and hand‑over. The role acts as the central link between engineering, procurement, quality, fabrication, and site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction and assembly execution plans, defining installation methodologies and sequences.
• Coordinate modular assembly activities both in fabrication facilities and on‑site, monitoring progress and resolving constraints.
• Ensure all IFC documentation is available before construction starts and manage technical queries.
• Monitor material availability, logistics, and traceability to match construction schedules.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, track productivity, and resolve performance issues.
• Create and update look‑ahead schedules, identify critical‑path risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Drive compliance with specifications, coordinate inspections, and resolve NCRs.
• Promote a strong HSE culture, support risk assessments, and assist with incident investigations.
• Coordinate punch‑list completion, mechanical completion, and support commissioning teams.
• Report progress, productivity, resource utilization, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Proven experience coordinating modular plant assembly or similar large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction planning, schedule management, and material logistics.
