Community of Practice Lead – Business Analyst

About the role

The Community of Practice Lead for Business Analysis will shape and mature the Business Analysis capability across RedM Professional Services. This senior position blends people leadership, practice stewardship, and hands‑on analysis to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes for strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the Business Analysis Community of Practice, defining frameworks, standards, templates and tools.
• Drive consistency of analysis practices across projects, products and programmes, and facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
• Lead, mentor and coach a team of Business Analysts, managing performance, career development and succession planning.
• Act as Lead Business Analyst on complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives, translating business problems into actionable requirements and solution recommendations.
• Support product, project and delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Business Analysis teams or Communities of Practice.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to develop competency frameworks, career pathways and capability‑building programmes.
• Experience delivering analysis in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
