Communities Auditor – Spanish (Community Shopping Moderation)

About the role

Amazon’s Community Shopping program relies on high‑quality moderation of reviews, Q&A, videos and visual content. As a Communities Auditor (Spanish), you will ensure that both manual and automated moderation decisions meet Amazon’s global guidelines across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume, accurate audits of moderation decisions, identifying avoidable errors, judgment calls and harmful misses.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to improve quality metrics for manual and automated moderation.
• Support calibration sessions with partner sites to align on guideline interpretation.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on quality trends and contribute findings to business reporting.
• Participate in projects to create, improve, and simplify moderation guidelines.
• Serve as a QA resource for moderation representatives and assist engineering teams with automation analyses.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
