About the role
The Communications Coordinator will drive internal communication initiatives across Air Liquide South Africa, ensuring employees understand and embrace the company’s communication targets, principles, and action plans. You will act as a bridge between the Group, cluster, and local entities, fostering a shared understanding of strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an internal communications content strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Maintain and update the Southern Africa intranet and the Air Liquide South Africa website.
- Support the planning and execution of town‑hall events, including venue, technology, photography, and audio logistics.
- Provide branded collateral for the Commercial team and assist functional leaders with communication needs.
- Coordinate media queries, cascade Group and cluster campaigns, and liaise with design agencies, video/photography providers, and event organizers.
- Support Social Economic Development (CSI) activities and contribute to internal coffee‑talk sessions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a related field.
- 1‑5 years of relevant experience in internal or corporate communications.
