About the role
Old Mutual is recruiting a Commissioned Financial Adviser for the Umhlanga, La Lucia, Phoenix, Verulam, KwaMashu and surrounding areas. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions. It is open to self-motivated, entrepreneurial individuals.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on your own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
Required skills
- Sales: consultative selling, direct selling, strategic selling, building trust, strengthening customer relationships, qualifying prospects, identifying sales opportunities
- Communication: oral communication, probing questions, customer understanding
- Tools: sales data management and sales software
