About the role

Old Mutual is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic person with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team in Springbok. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions. It is a commissioned position working mainly on your own leads.

Key responsibilities

Procure new business
Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
Work mainly on your own leads

Required profile

NQF Level 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (required)
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude

Required skills

Sales and selling: consultative selling, direct selling, strategic selling, building trust, strengthening customer relationships
Customer focus: understanding prospects, qualifying them, probing questions, customer service
Oral communication and sales data management
