About the role
Old Mutual is looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual to become a commissioned financial adviser in East London. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on own leads
Required profile
- Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4)
- 24 months of financial industry experience
- Regulatory Examination (RE5), class of business and CPD points
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle or access to a vehicle for work
- Criminal clear
Required skills
- Sales software and sales data management
- Consultative selling, direct selling and strategic selling
- Customer understanding, prospect qualification and relationship building
