About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Commissioned Financial Advisers for the Northern campaign. You will help valued customers achieve their lifetime financial goals by identifying needs, providing sound advice, and delivering tailored financial plans.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide consultative financial advice and implement fit‑for‑purpose plans.
- Procure new business and expand sales of products and services with existing customers.
- Manage your own leads and drive sales performance.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
- Possess an NQF Level 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively, collaborate, communicate effectively and focus on customer outcomes.
