Commercial Law Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Law Attorney to join our Bedfordview office and provide expert legal support on complex commercial matters. The successful candidate will handle high‑stakes litigation, manage corporate transactions and ensure compliance across a range of commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation, including High Court cases.
• Draft and negotiate specialised contracts and legal documents.
• Oversee acquisitions, liquidations, sequestrations and evictions.
• Administer trust and company registrations.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and represent them in commercial law proceedings.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• Proven experience in commercial law, including acquisitions, liquidations and high‑court litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
