About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Law Attorney to join a well‑established legal team in Bedfordview, Gauteng. The role involves delivering personalized, efficient legal services to a diverse client base while supporting the firm’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex High Court litigation matters.
• Draft specialised contracts and other legal documents.
• Manage acquisitions and business transactions.
• Oversee eviction proceedings.
• Facilitate trust and company registrations.
• Assist with liquidations and sequestrations.
• Ensure all legal processes comply with current legislation and client objectives.

Required profile

• Law Degree (LLB).
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• 2‑3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Resilience and ability to cope with pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and results orientation.
• Good computer skills.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from R18,000 to R30,000 plus 33% on billables.
• Standard working hours 07:30‑16:00.
