Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions, liquidations and sequestrations for corporate clients.
• Handle evictions and related dispute resolution.
• Draft and review specialised contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial standards.
• Oversee trust and company registrations.
• Conduct complex High Court litigation on commercial issues.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in acquisitions, liquidations, evictions, contract drafting, trust and company registrations, and high‑court commercial litigation.
• Motivated professional seeking career growth in a fast‑paced legal setting.
