About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Bedfordview, Gauteng. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial transactions, litigation, and advisory matters while providing high‑quality legal solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial law matters and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Handle trust and company registrations.
• Oversee liquidation and sequestration processes.
• Conduct eviction‑related legal procedures.
• Represent clients in complex High Court litigation.
• Maintain professional client relationships and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Required profile

• LLB degree and admission as an Attorney of the High Court.
• Proven experience in acquisitions, liquidations, sequestrations, and evictions.
• Strong background in specialized contract drafting.
• Experience with trust and company registrations.
• Robust High Court litigation experience.
• Own reliable transport and excellent attention to detail.
