Commercial Law Attorney – Acquisitions & Litigation

About the role

Scholtz Partners International is seeking a Commercial Law Attorney to join its Bedfordview office. The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial matters, including acquisitions, liquidations, evictions and complex litigation, while also handling specialized contract drafting and trust & company registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and liquidation transactions from due diligence to completion.
• Represent clients in eviction proceedings and complex commercial litigation.
• Draft, review and negotiate specialized commercial contracts.
• Prepare and register trusts and companies in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams and external clients on commercial law issues.

Required profile

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in commercial law.
• Strong litigation and contract drafting abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Trustworthy, punctual and self‑motivated.
