About the role

Join Kingstons Real Estate, one of South Africa’s leading commercial and industrial property brokerages, as a Commercial Industrial Property Broker in Cape Town. You will represent landlords, developers, investors and business owners, helping match properties with suitable tenants or purchasers while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial and industrial property owners and tenants.
• Secure exclusive listings and match them with qualified buyers or renters.
• Conduct property inspections, client meetings and negotiate lease or sale agreements.
• Prepare proposals, market reports and comparative analyses.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily activity against KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal brokers to maximise opportunities and stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and professional presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
