Commercial Inbound Sales Advisor

About the role

OUTsurance is seeking a Commercial Inbound Sales Advisor to generate new business, engage prospective clients and match them with suitable commercial insurance solutions. The role combines strong customer service with a focus on achieving sales targets while upholding company standards and values.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging with prospective clients and identifying their insurance needs.
• Provide appropriate commercial insurance solutions and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and meet productivity, quality and compliance metrics.

Required profile

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• FAIS accreditation (RE and Full Qualification) for applicants with prior financial services experience before December 2010.
• Preferably 3 years of commercial insurance sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
