About the role
homechoice is a leading South African homeware retailer. This role involves telephonically obtaining reasonable repayment outcomes from customers with outstanding debt, generating cash flow, minimizing bad debts and rehabilitating distressed borrowers.
Key responsibilities
- Meet department objectives by achieving performance metrics (targets) and collecting as per department standards.
- Maintain operational and quality efficiencies.
- Rehabilitate and educate customers regarding their payment profile.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Negotiate payments from customers following the call script within dialer time.
- Act as a professional ambassador, ensuring polite and efficient service internally and externally.
Required profile
