About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join Pearl lemon’s sales team on a full‑time basis. Working remotely from South Africa, you will help drive business growth by connecting potential clients with our data‑driven SEO and digital marketing services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce Pearl lemon’s services professionally and confidently.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects and book appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update client information.
- Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Proficient in making outbound calls.
- Ability to develop cold‑calling techniques.
- Conversational level English.
