About the role

Join Trumbo Digital as a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter and help drive new business for our digital agency. Working remotely within U.S. business hours, you will initiate conversations, spark interest, and schedule qualified discovery calls for our senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Manage initial relationships and qualify leads.
• Book discovery appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and update CRM records.

Required profile

• Fluent, natural English; American accent or near‑native fluency preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting or inside sales.
• Confident phone presence with strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and dedicated headset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and quick learning of new software.
