Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our remote team. You will contact homeowners, identify those interested in selling, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using a provided script.
• Engage prospects in professional conversations to gauge interest in selling.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Document call outcomes, notes, and lead details in the CRM.
• Maintain a consistent daily call volume and meet outreach targets.
• Provide feedback on objections, prospect responses, and script performance.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (real‑estate experience a plus).
• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and ability to follow a script naturally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
