Cluster Store Manager

About the role

The Cluster Store Manager will oversee two retail locations, driving sales, profitability and customer experience. You will lead store teams, ensure operational excellence and uphold the brand’s high‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across both stores.
• Control profitability through effective stock and expense management.
• Lead, coach and develop store teams to maximise productivity.
• Monitor results, implement improvement plans and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory, conduct stock counts and manage shrinkage.
• Handle recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, stock control and financial management.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the brand culture.
• Preference for experience in luxury or premium retail brands.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using retail POS systems.
