About the role

Planet Fitness is seeking a Club General Manager to lead one of its world‑class gym facilities. The role combines hands‑on operational management with a focus on high performance, member experience, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive club performance by analysing results and implementing improvement plans.
• Maintain best‑in‑class member experience through high service standards.
• Lead, recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team.
• Achieve membership sales and revenue targets in partnership with the sales team.
• Manage club budget, payroll, operating expenses and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, cash handling, health and safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee club presentation, cleanliness, and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Respond promptly to member comments and queries.
