Clinical Nurse – High Care

About the role
The Clinical Nurse (R/N) in High Care at Netcare Garden City Hospital provides holistic, person‑centred nursing care to patients, their families and the community. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the nurse ensures comprehensive assessment, planning and implementation of individualized care.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement individualized, holistic nursing care for patients.
- Coordinate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary health team.
- Apply scientifically based nursing theories and processes in daily practice.
- Treat patients as physical, social, and spiritual individuals.
- Utilise educational and technical resources relevant to health‑care practice.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (R/N) qualification.
- Commitment to delivering person‑centred, holistic care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
