Clinical Associate (AN 125)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Associate to support our integrated financial services and workplace wellness division. The role involves assisting with clinical assessments related to incapacity leave, fitness for work, disability verification, and other health cases, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination between employees, fund members, and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with clinical assessments for incapacity leave, fitness for work, disability verification, TTI and PHI cases.
• Gather, review, and organise medical, occupational and supporting documentation for each case.
• Identify missing information, follow up on outstanding documents, and prepare cases for clinical review.
• Support case administration, workflow coordination, document management and follow‑up actions.
• Perform ICD‑10 coding and verify code accuracy against medical information.
• Arrange referrals and appointments with medical and allied health providers, drafting professional referral letters.
• Liaise with employees, fund members, providers, clients and internal teams regarding appointments and referrals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to system improvements for the PANDA platform.

Required profile

• Experience in clinical case administration or occupational health support.
• Familiarity with ICD‑10 coding and medical documentation processes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
