Client Servicing Consultant (Administration)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Servicing Consultant (Administration) to support clients and sales consultants across our Health, Wealth and Short‑Term insurance products. The role involves handling applications, responding to enquiries and providing administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Submit applications for Health, Wealth and Short‑Term insurance products.
• Assist clients with enquiries and complete medical questionnaires.
• Provide support to sales consultants and their clients.
• Capture and submit applications using Zoho.
• Follow up on application status and communicate updates.
• Manage diaries, appointments, tasks and follow‑ups.
• Attend meetings as required.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of financial services products (Health, Wealth, Short‑Term).
• Understanding of FSCA compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Client‑focused, reliable, accountable and team‑oriented.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to learn.
