Client Services Agent

About the role

MiWay is seeking a motivated Client Services Agent to join its call‑centre team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service and supporting the company’s vision of convenient, online‑first financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on MiWay’s products and services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
• Resolve customer issues through active listening and problem‑solving.
• Maintain compliance with quality and accreditation standards.
• Work flexible hours and adapt to changing call volumes.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4 qualification.
• At least 12 months experience in a call‑centre or administrative role.
• Minimum 12 months experience in the STI environment and client services.
• Strong attendance record, self‑discipline and motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet targets.
