Client Engagement Adviser

About the role

The Client Engagement Adviser will join Santam's Client Solutions team at the Tygervalley office, delivering world‑class insurance products and services to customers in a call‑centre environment. This permanent position focuses on high‑quality, timely service and meeting productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Capture client information accurately in the designated system.
• Process client requests within agreed timeframes, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure turnaround times meet service level agreements.
• Provide professional telephone and written communication, addressing queries and following up until resolution.
• Maintain high productivity and meet or exceed service level targets.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• 5–7 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in short‑term insurance.
• Fluency in Afrikaans.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
