About the role
The Client Advisor educates customers on self‑service digital solutions while meeting their sales and service needs. This role supports client onboarding, promotes digital adoption, and contributes to Nedbank’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Address client needs by providing appropriate services and solutions and guiding them on account setup and management.
- Educate clients on secure, cost‑effective, time‑saving self‑service options and facilitate digital onboarding.
- Strengthen client loyalty through cross‑selling initiatives and by communicating product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments, referrals, and leads while ensuring compliance with FAIS, FICA and other regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and achieve individual and team targets.
Required profile
- Diploma (NQF Level) with a preferred FAIS approved qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail/banking client service, sales or relationship management.
