Cleaner / General Worker

About the role

Sealed and Secured (Pty) Ltd is looking for a reliable Cleaner / General Worker to join our team in Springs. This full‑time position involves maintaining cleanliness and supporting general labour tasks across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, warehouses and common areas.
• Empty waste bins, restock consumables and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with light general‑labour duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role.
• Matric (high‑school) qualification.
• Residency in Durban (or willing to commute).
• Availability to work full‑time hours.

Required skills

• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• Good literacy for reading work orders and reporting.
